Residency Locations

Alder GSE works closely with our school partners to prepare teachers. Residents spend the year in a K12 school classroom with an excellent, trained mentor teacher while earning their Master’s Degree and Teaching Credential. Graduates receive priority hiring, and 90% of Alder graduates secure a full-time position at one of our school partners after their program year.

APPLICATION PREFERENCES

Below is a list of all of our K12 school partners where the residency is offered. When applying candidates are asked to indicate which K12 partner they would like to complete the residency with. Please see here for a list of currently available credential options for each partner.
