  • Preliminary Credentials
Alder will submit Preliminary credential recommendations to CTC for all residents upon successful completion of the program requirements. Once you’re recommended for the credential, you’ll receive an email from CTC and one from Mariah Klein at Alder. The email will prompt you to log into your CTC account and pay the fee, which is either $102.50 (if you do not have a Certificate of Clearance) or $52.50 (if you do have a Certificate of Clearance). The $50 payment you would have made for the COC can be applied to the Preliminary credential, so that is the reason for the difference. CTC will not process your credential until you pay the fee. The application will be deleted if the fee is not paid within 3 months of the recommendation. If you have any questions, please email for assistance.
