Alumni Resources
  • Requesting Transcripts
To request official and unofficial transcripts:

      • Sign in to Populi (https://aldergse.populiweb.com)
      • Navigate to My Profile, then the Student tab
      • Click ‘Transcript Actions’ to download unofficial transcripts or to order official transcripts to be sent to any recipient of your choice. You can select paper or electronic transcripts without charge.

If you are unable to sign in to Populi, you can request transcripts by emailing registrar@aldergse.edu and including the following information:

      • Your name when you attended Alder GSE
      • Recipient’s name
      • Recipient’s mailing or email address
      • Specify paper or electronic transcript
      • Specify official or unofficial transcript
  • Preliminary Credentials
Alder will submit Preliminary credential recommendations to CTC for all residents upon successful completion of the program requirements. Once you’re recommended for the credential, you’ll receive an email from CTC and one from Mariah Klein at Alder. The email will prompt you to log into your CTC account and pay the fee, which is either $102.50 (if you do not have a Certificate of Clearance) or $52.50 (if you do have a Certificate of Clearance). The $50 payment you would have made for the COC can be applied to the Preliminary credential, so that is the reason for the difference. CTC will not process your credential until you pay the fee. The application will be deleted if the fee is not paid within 3 months of the recommendation. If you have any questions, please email registrar@aldergse.edu for assistance.
  • Diplomas
Alder will mail diplomas to all graduated students during the first two weeks of August. If you have any questions about the diplomas, please email registrar@aldergse.edu.
  • Library Access
Unfortunately, library access is limited to current enrolled students. Alumni interested in conducting research may consider these databases where open access publications may be available: Google Scholar, ERIC, and EdArXiv.
  • Email and Google Drive Access
Alder allows alumni to retain their @residents.aldergse.edu addresses for up to 12 months after graduation.  Please note that by continuing to access Alder email you agree to adhere to Alder’s Email Usage Policy.

Alumni also retain access to Google Drive documents associated with their @residents.aldergse.edu addresses for up to 12 months after graduation. If you’d like to make a copy of your files, please
