Adrienne Galluccio is the Admissions and Recruitment Manager at Alder Graduate School of Education. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California–Santa Barbara (Go Gauchos!), she joined City Year as an AmeriCorps member and served at an elementary school in East Harlem in New York City. She continued serving as a Senior AmeriCorps member on the City Year Sacramento and City Year Jacksonville startup teams where she had the opportunity to pilot City Year’s service model and recruit the AmeriCorps founding members—that was the start of her recruiting career. Adrienne had the pleasure of being a part of City Year’s national Recruitment and Admissions team for 5 years. She brought her education, nonprofit, and recruiting experience to her roles with the UCLA Career Center, UCLA Anderson Master of Science in Business Analytics program, and Springboard, an e-learning provider, by building relationships with recruiters and hiring managers who were looking to build their talent pipeline. Adrienne is proud to be from Delano, CA and is eager to connect with future teachers and educators.
