Chelsea Smith is a visionary educator with a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for all learners alike. Starting as an instructional aide, she progressed to becoming an elementary classroom teacher, instructional coach, vice principal, principal, and adjunct instructor for Alder GSE. Throughout her journey, she demonstrated unwavering dedication to developing and enhancing superior learning-environments which are nurturing and intellectually stimulating for students and staff alike.

Outside of work, you can find Chelsea spending time with her husband, three children, and extended friends and family. She loves to be outdoors, host game nights, and listen to audiobooks.
