Jessica Tevis is the Academic Program Assistant at Alder Graduate School of Education. In this position, Jessica is primarily responsible for effectively coordinating and executing tasks to ensure that the academic program operates smoothly and efficiently. She assists all clinical and core faculty in whatever they may need in order to provide continual academic support.
Jessica started her career in education as a Preschool Teacher for Stockton Unified School District. After this time in the classroom, she recognized her profound desire to be there for others while also maintaining structure, organization, and efficiency. For as long as she can remember, Jessica has always striven to be and give her very best while helping others along the way. She grew up in Stockton in the Central Valley of California and began her childhood education at Aspire Public Schools, starting kindergarten at Vincent Shalvey Academy, formerly University Public School, and ultimately graduating from Benjamin Holt College Preparatory Academy in 2015. Moving forward, alongside her role here at Alder, Jessica serves as a youth leader for Common Ground, a youth organization within the Stockton community.
