Natalie Cooke is a Associate Director of Recruitment at Alder Graduate School of Education. In this position, Natalie’s responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts, managing recruitment events, and supporting candidates through the admissions and enrollment process. Previously, Natalie was a Recruitment Associate at Teach For America for three years, where she was able to help find quality teachers, for all students, passionate about making an impact in our nation. She has experience in professional talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate cultivation, and evaluation. In addition to spearheading recruitment strategies, Natalie has experience planning DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) events, programming, and equity-focused leadership development. Natalie is a Southern California native, a proud first-generation college graduate, and holds a BA in Sociology from Grinnell College.
