What degree did you earn? BS in Business Management

What inspired you to teach? Being able to give students resources such as a safe space, a considerate teacher, and socioemotional tools.

Why did you choose Alder’s Teacher Residency program? I really like their reflective nature, and the fact that there would be constant feedback and hands-on experience was very important to me. I grow more through experiences than textbooks.
