Tammy Waters-Manville has over 10 years of experience in the human resources and talent field. With a passion for building relationships and creative problem-solving, she has worked with a variety of impact-driven organizations from the K-12 and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on recruiting and supporting a diverse workforce. Tammy has a reputation for building a strong team culture, delivering data-driven results, and creating human-centered systems and structures. In addition to her professional work, Tammy volunteers with the American Red Cross disaster relief. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and little one, reading, and being outdoors.
