What inspired you to teach? My first-grade teacher. I loved her and I always wanted to work with children.

What inspired you to be a mentor for the Alder Teacher Residency Program? I had been an Induction Coach and an Instructional Coach in the past. I have always had the need to support and guide those new to the profession.
